With over 24 years of experience across ecommerce, telecommunications, and marketing, Star’s career is a testament to her expertise and adaptability. “With more than two decades in executive support, I’m focused on streamlining operations, meeting client needs, and empowering our team to thrive,” she says.

At telecommunications juggernaut PLDT in the 1990s, her meticulous approach to customer service laid the groundwork for a celebrated career. Fast forward to her transition into eCommerce in the 2010s, Star began project managing Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee platforms, overseeing everything from product sourcing and inventory to identifying market trends.

Star holds a Bachelor of Arts, Behavioural Science, along with a Master of Computer Education, and her diverse skill set includes content creation, graphic design, and video production using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Doodly, plus an aptitude for lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn and CRM systems.

Away from The Butterfly Agency, Estrellita finds joy in baking — a creative outlet inspired by her time managing a baking supplies business.
